Where we are
Billings, Montana
Lark Alert is based in Billings and supports customers remotely.
What to include
The more of this you can give us up front, the faster we can help:
- Your business name and the email address on your Lark Alert account
- Which cooler, freezer, or sensor is involved, as it’s named in the app
- What you saw, and roughly when — for example an alert you received, a reading that looked wrong, or a sensor that stopped reporting
- Whether the unit itself appears to be running normally
If you aren’t getting alerts
Lark Alert alerts you on iOS when a reading is out of range or a sensor stops reporting. If those alerts aren’t reaching you, check the following before getting in touch:
- You’re signed in to the Lark Alert app on the iPhone you expect alerts on.
- Notifications are allowed for Lark Alert in Settings → Notifications on that iPhone.
- Focus, Do Not Disturb, or Silent mode isn’t suppressing the alert.
- The temperature range set for that unit is the range you actually want.
If all of that looks right and alerts still aren’t arriving, email us — include the unit name and the time you expected an alert.
